It looks like we're sticking with orange. Today I figured out why everyone uses blogger's default templates - because custom codes are a PAIN!
Should've started my blog on wordpress! Looks so much nicer with half the work.

The template visible at 15.15 EDT looks much better to me than the one that I have seen until now.
I liked the blue better.

The blue was so blah... I want my blog to shout at you and say "READ ME!"
The typeface in use at this moment (11.00 EDT, 1 Aug 2010) is very difficult to read. Besides being a sans-serif face, it is way too small to read comfortably.
Off template searching I go then ...
